Salling Clicker
Salling Clicker is the coolest s60 application BY FAR. It allows you to do a number of things but the central task is to control applications on your Mac via bluetooth. You can control iTunes, Keynote, Powerpoint, DVD Player, and even other applications with a press of a button on your phone! You can write your own applescripts and tie them to a menu you upload to your phone.
The iTunes plugin is especially neat because as iTunes is playing, the Salling Clicker server on your Mac will update your phone with the currently playing song title, artist name, position in the song, and even show you a cool little icon of the Cover art (if available):
You can also link scripts to phone events (like an incoming call or when your phone connects/disconnects via bluetooth). Currently I have it set so that when I recieve a call iTunes pauses itself and Adium (my AIM client) puts up an appropriate away message!
