Running progress


Tonight I ran my intervals as follows. All were run at 6 mph (9.65 kph):

  • 2 kilometers

    • 1 minute rest
  • 1 kilometer
    • 1 minute rest
  • 1 kilometer
    • 1 minute rest
  • 1 kilometer

It’s looking a lot more likely that I’ll reach my goal of running a full 5 km at 6 mph by the time of the Bucktown 5K run. With nearly 8 weeks remaining, it’s entirely possibly I could notch up to 6.5 - 7.0 mph by October 4th.
