Really, you should read it. It’s been great and I’ve eaten a lot better than I have (not that I wasn’t eating really good before. I definitely feel like its a lot easier to manage my weight (instead of zipping up and down 2-5lbs each week) and I’ve felt just as energetic—I ran a freakin’ 5k in nearly a record time (for me).
